Melgisorb® Plus Cavity is a sterile calcium alginate dressing designed for heavily exuding wounds such as ulcers, pressure injuries, and post-operative wounds. Its hydrophilic fibres form a soft gel upon contact with exudate, locking in fluid and bacteria while maintaining a moist wound environment. Comfortable, conformable, and easy to cut, it supports healing while minimising pain during dressing changes. Supplied as a box of five sterile 3x45cm dressings, it offers convenience for clinical use.
